Yeh Service Policy [aapke app / website ka naam] (“Platform”, “Hum”, “Hamari”) ke clients aur technicians ke beech services ko regulate karti hai. Platform ek service-facilitating marketplace hai jo clients ko verified technicians se connect karta hai.

Hum direct service provider nahi hain
Hum sirf client aur technician ke beech connection provide karte hain
Service quality, time, aur outcome technician ki responsibility hai
2️⃣ Client ke liye Policy
📌 Service Booking
Client service request submit karta hai
Technician apni availability ke hisaab se accept / reject karta hai
Ek time par sirf ek active job allowed ho sakta hai
📌 Pricing & Payment
Technician apna base charge set karta hai
Platform ka fixed service charge (e.g. 7%) final amount me add hota hai
Payment job start hone se pehle ya platform rules ke according hota hai
📌 Location & Access
Client ko sahi service location provide karni hogi
Galat location dene par delay ya cancellation ho sakta hai

Technician ko sahi details provide karni hongi
Galat information dene par account suspend ho sakta hai
🔧 Fees & Availability
Technician apni fees khud set karega
Job accept karne ke baad bina reason cancel karna penalty ke under aa sakta hai
🔧 Conduct
Professional behaviour mandatory hai
Misconduct, abuse, ya fraud par permanent ban ho sakta hai
4️⃣ Job Completion Policy
Job complete hone par technician ko:
Remarks / work summary dena mandatory hai
Client job completion ke baad:
Rating aur feedback de sakta hai
Agar job complete nahi hoti:
Reason mandatory hoga (client unavailable, issue unresolved, etc.)
5️⃣ Cancellation Policy
❌ Client Cancellation
Technician accept karne ke baad cancellation par:
Service charge non-refundable ho sakta hai
❌ Technician Cancellation
Frequent cancellations par:
Ranking kam ho sakti hai
Account temporarily block ho sakta hai
6️⃣ Ratings & Reviews
Ratings transparent aur public ho sakti hain
Fake reviews, abuse, ya manipulation strictly prohibited hai
7️⃣ Liability Disclaimer
Platform kisi bhi damage, loss, ya dispute ke liye responsible nahi hai
Service se related disputes client aur technician ke beech solve honge
Platform sirf mediator ki role me assist karega
8️⃣ Account Suspension / Termination
Platform ko adhikar hai ki:
Rules violation par bina prior notice account suspend kare
Fraud, fake activity, ya misuse par permanent ban lagaye
9️⃣ Policy Updates
Platform bina notice policy update kar sakta hai
Updated policy website/app par publish ki jaayegi
Continued usage ka matlab policy acceptance hoga
